We are seeking a potential and talented candidate for the position of Marketing Supervisor.

Job Description: Marketing Supervisor (Kirum Prahok Powder & Pizza Prahok Project)

Core Objective:
To supervise and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Prahok Powder product line and the showroom, ensuring brand consistency and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation of the 6-month promotional calendar and the 12-month "Prahok 2.0" digital series.
- Content Oversight: Coordinate with the digital team to produce monthly video content, ensuring all releases meet deadlines.
- On-the-Ground Activations: Manage offline events, including supermarket pop-ups, roadshows, and in-store festivals related to Prahok.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily and monthly KPIs for the pizza shop and Prahok sales, providing data-driven reports to management.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the Digital Marketing, Showroom, and Promoter teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Customer Engagement: Manage loyalty programs (Loyalty Cards) and digital community building (Telegram/Social Media) to drive repeat business.

Requirement Highlights:

- Experience: Previous experience in F&B or FMCG marketing (Pizza/Fast Food experience is highly preferred).
- Versatility: Ability to switch between high-level digital planning and hands-on event setup.
- Leadership: Strong supervisory skills to manage the team and coordinate with department heads.
- Communication: Fluent in Khmer with a professional command of English.
