Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily food production activities to ensure quality, food safety, productivity, and smooth operations. You will coordinate with production teams, quality, and maintenance to meet production targets and follow all GMP/HACCP procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production, including line setup, work allocation, and shift handover
- Ensure production runs according to approved recipes, SOPs, and production plans
- Maintain food safety and quality compliance (GMP, hygiene, HACCP or relevant standards)
- Monitor batch/production records, checklists, and ensure accurate documentation
- Lead quality checks during production (in-process checks, labeling, traceability, sample handling)
- Manage manpower and ensure training, discipline, and adherence to procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues (quality deviations, machine downtime, process problems) and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Report daily production output, losses/wastage, incidents, and actions to management

Requirements
- Experience as a Production Supervisor / Line Supervisor in a food processing environment (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GMP / food hygiene / HACCP (or willingness to learn and follow)
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and production plans
- Basic understanding of food safety, labeling, traceability, and documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on shifts and handle fast-paced production lines
