Administration Executive

Our flagship product, Kinal, has been a trusted and innovative medical solution since its discovery in the 1960s in Cambodia. We are now seeking a passionate and dynamic individual in the position of Administration Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and communication within the office.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure a functional workspace.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist with financial tasks, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain filing systems and database management to enhance organization and accessibility.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and a focus on customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
