Confirel is a sister company of PPM since 2001, preserving Cambodia’s heritage and improving farmers’ livelihoods. We are seeking a potential and talented individuals for the position of Project Lead - Thnot Coffee.
You will lead the pilot THNOT Coffee locations to become fully operating THNOT Cafes, validate the business model, align products with what customers want, and prepare the brand for future nationwide franchise rollout.
Core Responsibilities
1. Track performance & customer needs
- Monitor sales from Penh House, Pizza Prahok Shop, and Thnot Cafe (Calmette)
- Collect customer feedback and adjust menu/service/product placement
- Finalize the operating concept based on results
2. Support product & production readiness
- Coordinate with production to meet THNOT quality standards
- Validate packaging and product “format logic” (size/pack for cafe)
- Ensure all product claims and brand messages are correct and consistent
3. Drive market activation & channel strategy
- Test and confirm pricing and best channels (Retail / HORECA / Showroom / Mobile / Digital)
- Run consumer education and trial activities
- Align with sales so cafes help grow Confirel product revenue
4. Ensure marketing & digital consistency
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to bring customers to locations
- Keep brand messaging consistent online and offline
5. Business planning & reporting
- Submit structured reports + “next-step” memos to management
- Build franchise readiness plan and support investor outreach
Requirements
- 3–5 years leadership experience in Cafe/Restaurant/HORECA
- Experience in activation-led/project ownership (end-to-end business lifecycle)
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian F&B, pricing, and customer preferences
- Strong marketing + digital skills (social media/content strategy)
- Strong analysis ability (turn data into business plans)
- Excellent coordination skills + clear report writing
- Passion for authentic Khmer products and “Healthy Sweetness”
