Confirel is a sister company of PPM since 2001, preserving Cambodia’s heritage and improving farmers’ livelihoods. We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our food processing operations. This role involves managing production schedules, leading the team, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and implement efficient production schedules.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control processes.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety regulations and conduct safety training.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Reporting: Maintain production records and report on performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
- Proven years of experience in food production, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
