Kampot Pepper Beef

Easy to prepare for a world-class dinner!

Ingredients (serving 2 peoples):
• 1 Tbs Confirel palm sugar
• 3 Tbs Confirel black Kampot Pepper
• 2 Tbs Soy sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1.5 Tbs Confirel red Kampot Pepper
• The juice of one lime
• 300g of beef meat, cut in cubes
• 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 Onion, minced
• 1 Tbs of fish sauce

Mix together the palm sugar, the black Kampot Pepper and red Kampot Pepper (chopped), the garlic, the lime juice and the Soy sauce in a bowl. Add the pieces of beef. Let marinate during at least one hour in the fridge.
Heat up some olive oil, then stir-fried one minced onion. Add the marinated beef and let it cooked. When ready add a Tbs of lime juice and the fish sauce. This is it! You are ready to serve it with some delicious Cambodian Jasmin rice! Enjoy the great taste of the Cambodian countryside!
