Confirel is a sister company of PPM since 2001, preserving Cambodia’s heritage and improving farmers’ livelihoods. We are seeking a potential and talented individual for Promoter.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and introduce products in a friendly and confident manner
- Offer product samples and guide customers on taste, ingredients, and benefits
- Drive sales by recommending products, combos, and promotions
- Maintain high product display standards (stock rotation, cleanliness, proper setup)
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the supervisor
- Ensure sampling compliance (food hygiene, safe handling, expiry checks)
- Support in-store promotions, banners, and promotional activities
- Meet daily/weekly sales and activity targets (where applicable)

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Previous experience in retail promotion, sampling, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safe handling practices
- Energetic, confident, and presentable
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a busy store environment
